AI Marketing Systems Sprint
Find the highest-return workflow, build the smallest useful system, and hand it back to the team with clear approvals and ownership.
Most AI programmes begin with a tool and end with a folder of prompts. This sprint begins with the work that should stop happening, then builds one bounded workflow around it.
What ships
- A map of the recurring work that is expensive enough to automate
- A prioritised shortlist scored for value, feasibility, and risk
- One live workflow or agent with a human approval point
- The prompts, operating notes, and measurement sheet needed to run it
- A 60-minute handover so the team can own the system after the sprint
How the sprint works
- MapA 90-minute working session to identify the work, systems, hand-offs, and failure points.
- ChooseScore the candidate workflows and commit to the smallest one that can create measurable value in two weeks.
- BuildConfigure the workflow, context, prompts, permissions, and one explicit human approval gate.
- TestRun real examples, record exceptions, and compare the new path with the current baseline.
- Hand overGive the team the working system, operating notes, and a 30-day measurement plan.
Good fit
- You have a recurring marketing workflow that crosses at least two tools
- A member of the team can give access, examples, and feedback during the sprint
- You want a working proof before a broader AI programme
Not the right fit
- You want a fully autonomous marketing department
- The project depends on a large data migration or a new CRM implementation
- No one on the team can own the workflow after handover
Payment
Accepted projects are invoiced in euros. A 50% deposit reserves the sprint and the balance is due at handover. Payment is collected through a Revolut Pro invoice or payment link.
