Technical B2B Positioning Sprint
Turn a complicated product into one defensible market promise, then write the homepage that proves it without flattening the technology.
Technical companies usually know too much about their product to say one thing clearly. The sprint separates the operational problem, the commercial consequence, and the technical proof.
What ships
- A concise evidence pack from customers, sales calls, and the existing site
- A category and alternative map that shows what buyers compare you with
- One positioning sentence the team can defend
- A message architecture for buyer, operator, and technical evaluator
- A homepage draft with proof points and a clear next action
How the sprint works
- ListenReview the current site and sales material, then run focused conversations with the people closest to the buyer.
- SubtractRemove claims that are generic, unsupported, or trying to serve several categories at once.
- ChooseSelect the operational problem, commercial consequence, and technical mechanism the homepage will own.
- WriteBuild the message architecture and the first complete homepage draft.
- AlignRun a working session with the team, resolve objections, and hand over the final positioning system.
Good fit
- Your product is technical and the buying group is not uniformly technical
- Sales, product, and marketing currently describe the company differently
- You can provide customer language, call notes, or access to people who sell the product
Not the right fit
- You only need a visual identity or a logo
- The product and target market are both still undecided
- You need a full website build rather than the positioning and first-page copy
Payment
Accepted projects are invoiced in euros. A 50% deposit reserves the sprint and the balance is due at handover. Payment is collected through a Revolut Pro invoice or payment link.
